Side rails first.
A C-channel profile with a slotted web, rolled from 1.8 mm hot-rolled mild steel. H50 and H100 depths.
Then the rungs.
Slotted rungs set square between the rails, so cable ties and clamps fix anywhere along the run.
Splice plates close the joint.
Each length bolts to the next on site.
Turn any corner.
Elbows, tees, crosses and reducers come from the same factory as the straights. More than 700 standard SKUs.
Hot-dip galvanised, or Jotun powder coat.
80 micron galvanising as standard. Prefer a colour? Dry powder coating in Jotun paint.
Load-tested to NEMA VE 1 by Sucofindo.
1,340 kg per span at Class 8C. Designed and made by METOSU since 1984.
